- (1)Cerebral hemorrhage(Subarachnoidal hemorrhage)
Macroscopic findings: Dark brown colored hemorrhage was identified in the brain base and bilateral sylvian fissures, and the hematoma also detected in both lateral ventricles. Destruction of the brain parenchyma followed by extensive hemorrhage into both lateral ventricles was caused by elevated blood pressure when the aneurysm ruptured.
