Macroscopic findings: Extensive dark brown colored hemorrhage was detected in the subarachnoidal space of the brain base. Hematoma was identified around the circle of Willis and sylvian fissure, and thin coated hemorrhage was also detectd in the base of frontal lobe, the pole of lateral lobe, and the anterior portion of cerebellum.
