Microscopic findings (HE stain, middle power of view). Undifferentiated carcinoma are also associated with a wide variety of histology, including the so-called “carcinosarcoma”. In this case, the tumor cells are predominantly spindle-shaped which is suggestive of a sarcoma related growth.
