Gross appearance: Early (Type 0-IIc) carcinoma measuring 28 x 18 mm and arising in the anterior wall of the gastric antrum. The interface with non-dysplastic mucosa is undulating and the later shows reactive elevation. The lesion has a brownish, depressed and granular surface.
