Microscopic finding (HE stain, low-power view)：Labial gland biopsy. Lymphocytes (＊), predominantly composed of T cells, focally infiltrate around interlobular ducts of minor salivary glands. In the background, there is acinar atrophy and destruction with (associated?) ductal dilatation.
